LAUNCHING APRIL 2026.
Career IRL is Elevare Education's youth-led video podcast and digital platform helping high school and early university students explore niche, non-traditional, and emerging careers.
Through professionally produced interviews with real industry professionals, Career IRL breaks down what roles actually involve and the real pathways people take after high school - including university, TAFE, trades, and career pivots. Episodes launch this April, with long-form content on Spotify and YouTube, alongside daily short-form clips on TikTok and Instagram.

Welcome to Elevare!
At Elevare, we believe every student has untapped potential. Many migrant students arrive in Australia full of talent and drive, but they face barriers such as unfamiliar curricula, limited support, and a lack of guidance. That's where we step in.
Our dual-focus approach combines academic mentoring with holistic support, helping students build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. Peer-led and youth-focused, Elevare guides students through one-on-one and group sessions, unlocking their strengths and connecting them with opportunities. From easing the transition to high school to fostering leadership and community impact, we're helping shape WA's next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
2026 Mentorship
Elevare Mentorship Groups support students who feel unsure, overwhelmed, or in need of guidance as they navigate school and future pathways.
Our peer-led programs provide academic support, confidence-building, and guidance in understanding the Australian education system, with personalised pathways tailored to each student.
Every family begins with a free 1-on-1 consultation to identify the most suitable support. All Elevare mentorship programs operate on a not-for-profit basis, with needs-based fee assistance, including fully subsidised support, to ensure access for those who need it most.

Elevare AI Assistant
In a rapidly evolving AI world, Elevare Education has created its first integrated AI Assistant, designed and shaped by its founders, to support students from any country, culture, or background. Built around Elevare's mission, the assistant exists to guide students through the academic, personal, and cultural challenges they may face, especially those navigating unfamiliar education systems. It offers personalised, accessible support for questions big or small, helping students build confidence, clarity, and direction while staying true to Elevare's goal of unlocking every student's potential.
